Aerial Hoop

An aerial hoop, sometimes known as Lyra, is a circular metal ring suspended from the ceiling. Often seen in the circus, this beautiful piece of equipment allows the aerialist to perform captivating holds, poses and drops using the entire hoop.

We have various sized hoops which can be suspended at different heights which makes this discipline truly accessible for everyone. Must be aged 16 and above.

All of our teachers and instructors are fully qualified, and our aerial hoops and poles are fully safety-tested and secure. Our teachers are patient and highly knowledgeable with years of experience. They train regularly to keep their skills, aerial moves and safety and spotting techniques up-to-date.

Flying Pole

Flying Pole is our newest addition to the aerial timetable - a thrilling fusion of spinning pole and aerial arts that’s both powerful and mesmerising. Suspended from the ceiling and free to move, the flying pole allows for dynamic spins, swings, and acrobatic tricks unlike anything else. Taught by our skilled and supportive instructors, this class is best suited to those with prior pole or aerial experience. Please wear semi-stretch sportswear that covers the legs, arms, and torso. Don’t miss the new class start time!

Private lessons are perfect for those who want a more personal lesson where you will have our undivided attention and expertise. Whether there are specific moves that you would like to work on, are just starting out, or would like to progress at a more intensive pace, these lessons are completely personalised and tailored to suit you. These sessions can be booked at your convenience (depending on availability).

Aerial Hoop Parties

Get creative! Aerial fitness can be a fun option for any type of event. Be it corporate days, birthdays, hen parties or even a stag do.

The party lasts 1-2 hours depending on the option that you choose. You will start with a warm up and finish with a cool down. The session will involve learning several different holds, mounts and poses. You will then be given the opportunity to practise what you have learnt in a short routine.
